TOP TEN MUSICALS CHOSEN BY AMATEUR SOCIETIES IN BRITAIN+ PHILLIP AND MARGARET JONES. MAGIC OF THE MUSICALS.

My thanks to Phillip and Margaret Jones from Llandudno Youth Music Society for coming on the
show last Sunday. As usual their opinions and input is ,as always, invaluable and they must be
congratulated for producing SOUNDS OF THE MUSICALS at Venue Cymru last Saturday.

Societies around Britain are finding difficulty in Choosing and financing Box-office musicals
and this is revealed in the Top Ten musicals chosen from all over Britain. There are few new
guaranteed  large audience shows but theatregoers are always interested in seeing young
people on the stage. More youth societies and school productions  are appearing all over
the country but costs are a worrying problem in these difficult times
